Sourdough Rosemary Sea Salt Focaccia

our sourdough focaccia base with Rosemary mixed into the dough. Rosemary is also scattered on top to ensure maximum Rosemary flavor. Finished with Maldon Sea Salt.

bright pops of cherry tomatoes baked into our tangy and complex focaccia. Locally grown tomatoes are available seasonally. If it's off season, you'll have tomatoes that are purchased locally, but grown elsewhere

Sourdough Focaccia Sandwich Loaf

our classic sourdough base but in a smaller loaf. The same pillowy soft texture in a sandwich loaf size. Currently available in classic Sea Salt and Rosemary flavors.

Bagels

the classic bagel made properly. Yeasted dough ferments overnight for complex flavor. A dip in the alkaline water bath before baking gives the correct chewy texture. Plain is the default. Everything and Sesame available for $2 more per. Sold in quantities of 6.

Mom's Cinnamon Rolls

the classics never die. Fluffy, yeasted dough wraps itself around warm cinnamon and brown sugar. Indulgent and 100% worth it.

Dad's Orange Rolls

just like cinnamon rolls, but completely different. Orange juice and zest married with dried cranberries gives you a bright punch of tartness to cut through the sweetness. You aren’t even ready for how good these are.
